The Technical Support Department provides:
• Initial start-up of the installation
• On-site emergency repair work
• Periodic maintenance, to prevent system failures due to wear and tear, minimizing plant operating costs
• Conclusion of flexible maintenance contracts adapted to the needs of each customer and installation
• Immediate availability of spare parts and consumables
• Standard warranty of good product operation based on the warranty conditions of each manufacturer. Possibility to extend the warranty by entering into a maintenance contract
• Possibility of remote monitoring of your system in combination with a maintenance contract, for optimal installation efficiency and more immediate response
