New prefabricated house 150m2 in Rethymno Crete with underfloor heating. The new VarioComp floor heating system of the Austrian company VARIOTHERM was used. Specially shaped 18mm thick fiberboard plates and VarioProfile 11.6 x 1.5 Laser multilayer pipe were used for the construction

The multilayer pipe was laid in 10cm increments in a “meander” arrangement, followed by laying with the special Filling Compound T7 coating material over the entire surface, creating a homogeneous substrate before the final coating.

The overall construction of the project’s dry-build floor was completed in a total of 5 days and was delivered with the surface ready for the final cladding to be installed in 1/5 of the conventional construction time.
