Low temperature system
Maximum energy savings
Suitable for damp room
Immediate heat response to space
Security and flexibility
No maintenance required
Safety & hygiene certificates

Modular Wall – Drywall Heating/Cooling

Gypsum wall boards for heating/cooling

The Modular Wall drywall system is an integrated heating/cooling system consisting of 18mm thick Fermacell® fiberboard panels with pre-installed Variomodular 11.6×1.5 Laser laminated pipe in 75mm pitch. Fiberboards have pre-marked screw holes in their visible appearance for easy and safe fixing to the metal frame.

FERMACELL® fiberboards are tested for safety and hygiene standards by the IBR (Institute for Healthy and Ecological Building, Rosenheim)

The exact distance between the pre-installed pipes (75mm), as well as their easy detection using the special detection tool, make any operation on the installed fiber gypsum boards absolutely safe. Now you can hang your frames without any problem!

Flexible panel system for any design

All construction requirements can be met by 10 types of fiberboard, with full or variable height active radiation surface. They are delivered in different sizes, even taking into account any electrical waits or other provisions. The panels are placed on a metal or wooden frame, similar to conventional plasterboard constructions.

Installation: Security and flexibility

The implementation of the system is carried out in the following steps:
  • Construction of the metal or wooden frame on the wall
  • Placement and support of the selected fiber plasterboards using suitable fixing screws for metal or wooden frame.
  • Connecting the panels together with the appropriate jointing glue
  • Hydraulic connection of the panels to each other with pressed connectors suitable for multilayer pipe and connection of each circuit to the central collector.

At the end, the standard process of preparing dry building surfaces is followed (scraping off excess glue, plastering, sanding, painting)
